After much study of the different choices we settled on DSTAR because if it's ability to connect to "Your Choice of Repeater" rather than at the mercy of who controls or how the server is setup.

Most of our repeaters are defaulted to REF019B. All of them are able to link to other reflectors and repeaters by the user allowing anyone access to the system as they please.
